team spirit in Canada
guest author Noreen reported by their exchange in Vancouver, Canada.
Hi guys, how are you?
That was the greeting every morning, during my four-month stay in Vancouver, Canada! I attended the Waldorf High School North Vancouver in the small village Enmontag Village. The Waldorf School in Vancouver is from two different schools, which are spatially separated. There is the Lower School from the 1st to 8th Class and the High School of the 9th to 12 Class. The high school had just 60 students divided on the 9th to 12 . Class (Grade 9 to 12) There is there - despite the many international students who come from all over the world (eg Brazil, Norway, Italy, Germany, France and Switzerland) a family atmosphere Where the school for ever. minor matter and we prefer to discuss the various football or ice hockey teams in the country. But will still learned effectively. The Olympic Winter Games at the time were a favorite subject - me after school still fascinating how small the high school is only 4 classrooms, a Eurythmiesaal, staff room, where only 7 teachers had their place, a small library with four seats and Internet access, and toilets.
really great that you can take his laptop to school and allowed to work during breaks with him. For it is there, his essays by normal PC to write and send e-mail to the teacher. Anyway, the electronic exchange of data very closely. Parents are constantly informiert.Nur on all aspects of the school by email The lesson books are hand written with the. There are no portfolios as with us in high school. The teaching itself is almost the same as in Germany. Only the physical education does not consist of athletics and gymnastics but are taught various team sports;. Change every 4 to 6 weeks I noticed that there in the Waldorf school, much less music is taught and learn his or her property less students an instrument. But most students are very talented in painting and drawing. Stay in Canada will remain unforgettable to me and often I have such a kind of "homesick" after this small, very family-school and the prevailing team spirit.

anticipation of Easter
During Lent, we've read too many stories from the Bible.
In our library there are to many books being presented in middle school, along with nearly 100 year old paintings with biblical representations that are part of the primary school Witzmannsberg.
These images were then refined by donors, whose name is marked on the back, donated to the school.
Finally spring is here and Easter is coming!
The 2nd Class has tinkered with Mrs. Regner Osternestchen, in the Easter Bunny - hopefully - Lays its eggs. Marcel Strauss decorated Easter! During Lent, we've read too many stories from the Bible.

Why Cant I Post To Wife Lovers
The Red Shoes
Saskia Schultz-Marjanna
Almost every woman has a secret wish. Does he like big or small - be tangible or intangible - bold or modest. She dreams in quiet moments, on certain occasions, or even if the environment you just putting on this topic.
The secret wish could come true more often if women knew how to do this must be. And that's easier than you think. Because the hurdles especially in the head.
When a person reaches a certain goal, then it is not so much how smart he is. Importantly, I know what I want. And I allow myself to make that wish a reality (!).
Unless a woman would gain the courage to appreciate the self-esteem. Then she could get her wish on the runway. This is easier than you think. I have seen women realized the really bold requests: Some wanted to emigrate to a distant land where the sun always shines. Others wanted to work only for a few weeks in the African bush. One wanted to retire or learn a new profession - a different age beyond fifty still go as a presenter on television.
Probably the most unusual request was: to try to kiss a jumbo jet's nose.
Lilli Cremer-Altgeld
We are already in the core of the issue. Women often tend not to indulge their wishes. The story of desire begins often like this: Oh, I would like to be or have. And now follow the 1000 reasons why this is not possible. They can usually be reduced to the setting: I am not worthy to meet me this wish. And so the desire is so to speak, waiting in the wings as a pilot on the crowded Airport of Frankfurt.
And there it is not uncommon for all eternity.
Probably the most unusual request was: to try to kiss a jumbo jet's nose.
all these wishes have come true. Even the proof of love for the Boeing 747 Simply because the women knew what they wanted - and remained on the ball.
If a woman knows what she wants - and self-worth estimates - the most important step is done. She accepts that her wish will come true. And now they will have their eyes open for opportunities and possibilities. This is so much like a vacation planning: If women know where they want, runs almost everything else automatically from.
How does that mean in reality? Take the example of "emigrate to a country where the sun always shines." A clear definition of goals would be called as: "In 2012 (or appropriate date) I live and work in Rio de Janeiro" This goal must now be refined: Where exactly do I work? In what profession I work? Will I stop in my country, all the bridges - or work for a few years abroad?
Then comes the reality check: What are my skills? How well I know the country? I drive alone - or with others? With whom? And so on. And so on. And so on.
By now clearer view of the target is broken up into smaller goals. have achieved what I have to in a year on smaller goals - if I end up 2012 with a job in the bag, the mastery of language and financial security in Rio: For example? How is my three-month goal? How is my monthly goal?
Now the real planning will be put into action. Of course, women remain flexible and be open to new possibilities that something may show different than planned.
often these are the barriers in the head, which prevent women from becoming correspondingly active. The live-tips on the side to help "Pretty Woman Coach" to clear the stumbling blocks out of the way and free the secret request from the queue.
Let us remember womanizer Casanova. He once said. "If you've decided to do something and then nothing else thinks that overcomes all obstacles"
Sometimes it is a first step to finally buy the red shoes of which women dream since she was eight years old.

At the end of the impasse?
Saskia Schultz-Marjanna
Sometimes life seems like a dead end. Nothing works anymore. Perhaps it was a special event of the trigger. After the initial shock, man / woman has tried to bring back all right. At the very least, but to save what can still be saved. Sometimes even that was an excessive demand.
And you wonder: Why me?
Erika Schuchardt The scientist has analyzed more than 1,000 research projects within their crises of the last century. She has realized how a lot of concern can be handled systematically. This system, it has shown in a model: life courses in crisis - a crisis processing model.
Schuchardt After a crisis usually begins with a shock. Which is caused by a trigger that is changing by then completely in running an orderly life. Job loss, loss of own Child or partner are the triggers. First you can barely act. Because what happens is you will not usually admit.
comes only gradually the wish to confront the problem. With the literature prize, and from experts and stakeholders recommended worldwide, Erika Schuchardt there with her book "Why me" people in a crisis, a valuable guide to the hand.
This work and other support - especially for women - offers the new page "Pretty Woman Coach".
This is about self-coaching, and therefore, to discover their own strengths and are useful for to develop. This can be overcome in light of new clarity life better.
information, expert tips and links can be companions for a new self-confidence and a revived confidence in life.

How To Care For An Open Caesarean Wound
For International Women's: Manager Saskia Schultz-Marjanna
manager Saskia Schultz-Marjanna
Pretty Woman Coach: 100 years International Women's Day. Keep young career women a day like today for contemporary?
Saskia Schultz-Marjanna: Absolutely. As long as this day to reflect and stimulate the sexes, at best, taking initiative, it is justified. With the "Day of the man" just such attention is deserved.
Pretty Woman Coach: They are among the successful female managers who travel the world. What women's issues should be in your view, greater visibility in the public eye?
Saskia Schultz-Marjanna: For me personally, I work in a male-dominated environment is still the other use of language by women as well as our more in harmony-oriented behavior is a big topic. We let this unconsciously limit.
Pretty Woman Coach: How see your male colleagues? What the men say to women's issues and women's world?
Saskia Schultz-Marjanna: The men that I know of being heard little or not at all on women's issues. Either they are emancipated and see it as not worth discussion topic or they are still rooted in an outdated role schema and shun a debate that could be uncomfortable for them.
Pretty Woman Coach: about what you're talking about women's issues, preferably with friends and colleagues?
Saskia Schultz-Marjanna: Typical woman talks frankly are not really my thing. I try instead to set an example, that authentic and confident, go ahead. Specifically, I mean, I think it's important to not let me bend me and suddenly become interested in cars and watches, because I have nothing else to talk more with my colleagues. Although I would like to reduce this phenomenon is not exclusively a male environment.
Pretty Woman Coach: If you could be for a day, German Chancellor: what women's issues would you put on the agenda?
Lilli Cremer-Altgeld spoke for Pretty Woman Coach Saskia-Marjanna Schulz.
Saskia Schultz-Marjanna: for me is still in first place the issue of combining career and children. In my professional environment triggers a 40 year old who "still" is pregnant, still irritated, to wrongs from their male bosses. I want to understand at this point from the first minute. Secondly, I would put on the agenda: How can we live our lives women have more self-confident and self-evident and so all people be a role model for us?
Saskia Schultz-Marjanna is German-Dutch origin. After studying chemistry and microbiology, she gained experience in various European countries in various sales and marketing positions. Today she lives and works in Zurich as Communications Manager in the Health Care. She reports regularly from Switzerland for the newspaper "The Giftedness."

question it possible to be successful - even under adverse circumstances?
Answer: Yes . That is possible. Proof of this is the Olympian Tenley Albright. If we easily recover mentally in the year 1956: Olympic Winter Games in Cortina d'Ampezzo in Italy. The Eiskunstkunstläuferin crashes during training so hard that she must be the sick-bed and can not work out and may. You will not be allowed to participate in the competition preparations. You must protect yourself and be healthy once - so the medical advice
Any normal person would now be driven home. Any normal person would have asked himself: I will put my health further at risk? But these were no thoughts of Tenley Albright of Massachusetts. The twenty year old was not thinking about it, what they could not. She thought of what her on the hospital bed was still possible to do. But what was it?
you could still think. And still visualize. And so she turned again and again and again and again before your mind's eye, should run as their review. So they coined the movement of the free program quite accurately.
futile would say any clear thinking person.

Tenley But let not be influenced. She recalled: The coaches and athletes had taught her the power of thought to use to achieve the best performance. The coaches were right - against all common sense. And so, Tenley Albright, the first U.S. citizen, the Olympic figure skating won the gold medal!
Tenley said years later: "Although I had with the injured ankle a few days before the Games could not even perform properly, I somehow had the feeling to be in good shape now I know that. it was because of the visualization exercises that have become part of the training program so the figure skaters. At that time we were instructed regarding the mental preparation to pure learning experience, therefore had by trial and error to find the right path for ourselves, "
These and other successful methods from the USOC -. the National Olympic Committee of the United States - I'm in top international athletes and Olympic Coaches my program is integrated

How to crack the code pessimism?
Photo: Saskia-Marjanna Schulz
pessimists kisses you not - these are the results of research by Martin Seligman, a professor of psychology at the University of Pennsylvania brought clearly to the point. But what distinguishes an optimist from a pessimist? Seligman calls to three main factors:
The permanence. For pessimists believe that unpleasant Events are permanent. Optimistic people, however, hold these events and the associated causes of a temporary phenomenon. So for temporary.
The scope. pessimists usually generalize when they experience abuse successes and failures. Optimists one or the other Miss-success for a unique experience. They do not believe that one can generalize from this experience.
Personalization. pessimists almost automatically give themselves to blame if it does not work out as desired. Pessimistic people usually have a rather low self-esteem and little confidence. Optimists are often equipped with a strong self-confidence. They see the causes of abuse rather successful in other people or the circumstances of life.
Now comes the good news is that optimism can be - women - to learn.

In her bestseller "pessimists not promoted it," she explains, "optimism arises from the inner process of mood regulation, and which can be overcome by other processes, such as exercise and a few magic tricks."
The problem people with a tendency to pessimism a positive internal state is not maintained! Their self-image is largely negative. Therefore stand pessimists and negative results. You can hardly control their feelings develop.
a solution: you practice with a coach. A coach is usually familiar with such problems and knows the methods of how to achieve fast becoming the development from pessimism to optimism. An optimism with a realistic foundation. You can learn to think like an optimist - it will change the image of himself and the environment.
Conclusion: optimism can be learned. Kissing is by itself. Lilli
